Account Director, Grocery

The Account Director, Grocery/National Accounts is responsible for the management and strategic oversight of Dickies’ Grocery Channel and select National Accounts. They will be responsible for delivering brand and financial goals and positioning the brand for long-term health. This role holds ownership of executing GTM marketplace strategies for the channel. We’re looking for a collaborative and innovative leader who can oversee the joint business planning process for the channel, collaborating with the sales team, customers and internal partners to ensure success.
This role will drive growth and brand awareness within the retailer and consumer communities by being laser focused and driving engaging experiences. This individual will establish and maintain prospering relationships, as well as execute strategic initiatives including retail product training, developing & executing community marketing events, and managing brand presentation.

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 8 years professional experience in sales, marketing or business development. Experience from apparel brands, selling into the Grocery/National Accounts channel highly preferred.
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate in fashion or apparel design are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:
$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
