SSM Health Dean Medical Group is searching for a master's prepared Adult and/or Child Psychotherapist to join our experienced and cohesive behavioral health team consisting of 14 Psychiatrists and over 30 Psychotherapists (Masters Therapists and Psychologists) focused on providing quality mental health support to a diverse patient panel of adults in an outpatient setting. This position is based in our West Madison clinic located in Madison, WI. This provider will conduct initial intake assessment and psychotherapy services to a broad clientele with a range of medical, social, emotional and behavioral concerns.

The right individual has excellent assessment/diagnostic, triage & psychotherapy skills. Experience with multiple modalities consistent with evidence-based practices.

- 32 patient minimum contact hours

- M-F workweek

- Based in West Madison Clinic with Telehealth options

- 1st year guaranteed salary, then moves to production-based model

- Rotation of night/weekend telephone call schedule

- Virtual or hybrid arrangements may be possible

$7,500 sign on bonus

Requirements:

- Master's degree in mental health field

- Completion of 3 years post graduate experience (3,000 hours) with at least 5 years of adult therapy and clinical intake experience

- Active WI License

- LMFT, LPC, LCSW

- Experience using evidence-based therapies and facilitating group therapy
