Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

-Responsible for company Supplies system that focuses on saving money and operational efficiencies. This includes the ordering, distributions, inventory records, and cost analysis.
-Execute cash management from the daily sales by following the internal company protocols for verification of cash receipts and all other duties corresponding to the management and security of company cash deposits.

- Assist with double entry bookkeeping, including recording journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Support corporate accounting functions, such as preparing financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes
- Assist with audits and compliance activities
- Utilize accounting software systems, such as Quickbooks online, to process financial transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping methods
- Previous exposure to corporate accounting functions
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Understanding of public accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using financial software systems, such as Quickbooks & Excel
