Location: Redwood Falls, MN 

Position Summary/Purpose:

Minnwest is seeking an individual for a Market Sales Manager position that is responsible for the Redwood Falls and Danube locations. The Market Sales Manager is responsible for selection, onboarding, training and development of Universal Bankers within a specified market. This role is accountable to grow market deposits, retail loan volume, referrals to other business lines, increase digital adoption and make the branch network easier to do business with (EDBW). This role works closely with the District Manager to engage employees and takes responsibility for communicating critical information up and down the branch organization. This position will require travel to branch locations.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work
• 5 years of experience in a management capacity with responsibility for multiple locations and 5 employees. Preference: retail department in a community bank
• Front-line customer experience
• In-depth knowledge of banking with experience in managing retail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling interaction with all levels of employees and customers
• Team oriented with ability to establish priorities, motivate self and others, maintain momentum and meet deadlines
• High level leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and foster high ethical standards in executing on the bank's purpose, mission, values and goals

Working Conditions: Work indoors in a standard office environment. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. May involve traveling for training or meetings.
