Our client located in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Plant Technician!
Responsibilities :
- Operating and performing regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, including running tests, and making rounds taking regular readings as required to maximize asset values.
- Assists in training and development of other employees.
- Assists with developing / modifying operating procedures for plant equipment to ensure consistent and safe operation.
- Maintains qualifications as an Emergency Response Team Member and completes all required Safety Annual Requalification Training.
Requirements :
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a Power Plant
- High School graduate / Vocational training and / or some experience in industrial operations
- Ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts and overtime with minimum supervision
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to meet Company driving standards
- Stationary Engineers License is preferred
