Heart of America Beverage is seeking energetic candidates to join our delivery team in Springfield as a seasonal driver helper. If you enjoy a fast paced and dynamic environment, this job may be for you. The most fun part? We sell beer for a living! Our culture is made up of people who are passionate about beer and passionate about fun. The hourly rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. This driver helper position is an all-day position from 5:00 AM until the route is done. This has the opportunity to become a permanent full-time position.

The driver helper assists the delivery driver with duties as needed. This position requires a hard worker who can self-motivate to achieve the position's goals.

Driver Helper Primary Responsibilities

• Unloading product an account
• Placing and rotating product
• Building displays
• Customer service
• Other duties as needed by the driver

Driver Helper Primary Qualifications

• There are many physical qualifications that helpers must meet. Ex) lifting up to 165 pounds, bending, standing for several hours at a time, tolerate going back and forth from hot to cold temperatures.
• Must be 18 years of age for driver helper position
• Must have a valid and clean driver’s license

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
