We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 308-unit apartment community conveniently located in Canton! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least two years of experience in on-site property management and one year of experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday a month.

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver's License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
