Warren Screw Products is Hiring an Administrative Project Coordinator Near Warren, MI

Warren Screw Products, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative & Project Coordinator. Under the direction of the President, performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of our team and the efficiency of the company. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills.

Job Duties Include:

  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal team members/customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in the RFQ process by providing information as requested.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage APQP planning meetings.
  • New part program management.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Data entry via Smartsheet.
  • Perform complex administrative assignments such as developing new and special forms and presentations, establishing, and maintaining appropriate databases, and preparing reports and other correspondence as required.
  • Provide assistance in resolving operational and administration issues.
  • Respond to inquiries courteously; provide information within the area of assignment; respond to inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensures that project/department goals and timelines are met.
  • Communicate with customers as needed to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate communications with outside sales reps as needed.
  • Follow up on internal sales request.
  • Monitor website and assist with new quote process as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of executive administrative/project management experience. Preferred, 5 years of administrative/project management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Smartsheet experience a plus.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Full Time Hourly Position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 per week
