Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience in guest services.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
