Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize workflow in the service department
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor their progress
- Provide guidance and training to technicians as needed
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and recommended services
- Collaborate with parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour
