We are Seeking an experienced and highly motivated full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with proven aesthetic experience for a luxury med spa business in Sugar Land, TX. The PA or NP will partner with our Medical Director to perform and ensure compliance with all medical aesthetic services.
Major Functions (Primary Duties and Responsibilities):
· Provide esthetic non-surgical cosmetic treatments and services.
· Responsible for Good Faith Exams and writing medical orders.
· Educate guests regarding their esthetic treatment options and selecting the best option to meet their needs.
· Gather guest medical history and inquire about contraindications: approve/disapprove guest plans for the esthetic non-surgical cosmetic treatment they seek: find suitable alternatives to contraindications.
· Accurately maintain and update guest records while the guest is present; recording date and time of agreed proposal and documenting results from the previous session as well as noting the planned forthcoming treatment(s) per federal, state, local and company regulations and policies.
· Effectively and accurately manage the storage, administration and ordering of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, injectables, and non-invasive cosmetic supplies, as well as prescribed products in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations, policies and guidelines.
· Undertake and participate in relevant audits with spa staff to ensure inventory levels are maintained and recorded to ensure that the appropriate and efficient use of supplies and products are being administrated.
· Organize and assist with the organization of special events, as well as executing the plan for the event. Maintain and develop professional knowledge and clinical skills through regular and ongoing education and training in position and spa-specific procedures, practices, and services.
· Educate subordinate staff on procedures and practices related to spa services to ensure knowledge development, professional approach toward guest services, and adherence to federal state, local, and company regulations and policies.
· Develop a guest base through active marketing, networking, and promotion of personal and spa brand across various marketing and networking mediums.
· Meet sales goals and develop a book of business; recommending services and retail products.
Qualified Applicants Must Have:
· Legally certified Nurse Practitioner within the jurisdiction of employment
· Knowledge of current Esthetic treatment practices, products, and trends
· One year or more injecting experience
· Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques, and treatment plans
