Job Description

• Lawn Technician Lead
• Lead a team of applicators
• Weeding, landscape maintenance
• Utilization of LMN
• Support Snow Operations for specific accounts
• On the Job Training
• Property Enhancement Sales

Annual Compensation

• Full time-hourly

Expectations

• 5-8 hour days or as needed (Summer)
• Certified Pesticide Applicator License
• Support snow operations (winter)
• Create a profitable Service Division to the business
• Continue to grow and customer service the Service Division
