Description
Position Summary
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating
various activities to ensure the seamless and efficient hiring of top talent. Your primary responsibilities will
include managing recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews if needed, initiating background checks,
onboarding deployment and maintaining candidate records. You will work closely with the HR team, hiring
managers and candidates to provide exceptional candidate experiences and contribute to the overall success
of our talent acquisition efforts.

A minimum of 2 years of related
experience is preferred.

Work Location
The Recruiting Coordinator position is required to check into the Corporate Office daily or to a pre-assigned
club location. The ideal candidate will be based in San Antonio, TX.
