Pain Management clinic that offers treatments for patients with chronic pain. We provide interventional treatments. The Pain Relief Center is expanding and is looking for a front desk receptionist who is motivated, energetic, enjoys interacting with patients and has experience. The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills, able to handle a large volume of patients, is a team player, able to multi-task, and is able to complete individual tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-answering phone calls
-collecting copays
-having the charts ready for the next day
- check insurance eligibility
-checking patients
- making follow up appointments
-collects patients id and insurance cards
