About the Job Opportunity
Were looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Formation, Faculty, and Theological Foundations (F3) team!
Reporting directly to the Manager of Formation Strategy, you will provide high-level executive support to the Director, the Manager of Faculty Relations and Development, and other core and affiliate faculty. In this role, you will provide logistical support, facilitate communication, and streamline internal efficiency to maximize the time of the team and Faculty. In addition, you will support the F3 Team with project management, seeing projects from initiation through execution so that project goals are met and the project stays on budget. As the point of contact for F3 projects, youll be asked to facilitate cross-team coordination and communicate with key stakeholders. Lastly, you will support special projects as initiated by the F3 Director.

This is an exempt, full time position scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Ideally, this position works on-site in our Albuquerque office, but remote candidates will also be considered for this position. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package for full-time staff positions.
At CAC, we are pleased to offer a salary range of $48,400 - 60,500 (based on experience) for this position. CAC salaries are one part of a generous total rewards package that also includes industry-leading flexibility, benefits, and paid leave. Salaries are established based on a grade system designed to ensure competitiveness with industry standards as well as pay equity. Final salary will be determined based on the specific qualifications of the candidate in relation to the salary grade and predetermined criteria.
