Compensation: Draw with a Commission (5%) Bonuses based on sales goals
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads and build relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend suitable products from our catalog to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Compensation Structure:
- Draw salary commensurate with experience.
- 5% commission on sales, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
- Additional bonuses based on achieving sales goals.
