The Office Manager will manage all aspects of clinic operations for a Houston ABA clinic which provides behavioral therapy for children with autism. The Office Manager is accountable for the provision and safe/efficient operation of the physical resources (clinic space, IT systems, work processes/procedures) supporting 40 /- therapy staff. This position reports to the President and requires close coordination/cooperation with the Clinical Supervisors who manage the therapy programs and staff.
The Office Manager will serve as the direct supervisor for the clinic administrative staff, which include the Office Coordinator, Schedule Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. The Office Manager will occasionally provide backup for these positions in their absence. In addition to office administration, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing key HR systems (payroll, 401(k), Paid Time Off, insurance enrollment, etc.) for all employees. The Office Manager will also handle client intake, coordinate with our third party medical billing company, and handle patient invoicing.
A college degree and 7 years of related experience, including at least 3 years of medical billing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, is preferred. Applicant must be competent in MS Office and capable of learning clinic-specific IT systems for scheduling, billing, and pay.
