**Analyst, Corporate Delivery**

Starburst is seeking junior-level analyst candidates to assist in the qualification and assessment of high growth aviation, space, and defense businesses. Candidates with strong academic performance, the ability to communicate effectively, proven research and analytical skills, and an interest in business and industries shaped by the government are preferred. We serve 50 global corporations and government agencies including NASA, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.K. MoD, French DGA, ESA, German BDLI, Israel Aerospace Industries, Enterprise Singapore, and many more.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform desktop research including financial and written profiling of early-stage businesses and macro-economic analysis of markets, including the development of market landscapes and comparable company analysis, to help inform our project delivery and recommendations to clients.
* Scouting, sourcing and identifying early-stage startup companies.
* Positioning and mapping the current market dynamics and landscape for a particular market vertical.
* Prepare and manage startup one-page profiles and presentations for corporate partners & internal supervisors.
* Interface and coordinate with startup founders, internal management, external corporate and government clients.
* Be an expert in Starburst's brand guidelines and rigorously proofread and edit every piece of work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables.
* Be an innovator. Continually recommend new methods to bring value to our corporate and government client deliverables.
* Be precise. Be detail oriented and manage all parties to deliver projects on time.
* Play an active role in the Starburst team by supporting various strategic initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting producing a wide range of market analysis.
* Bachelor's degree os Master's degree (equivalent) in business, international relations, political science, economics, government, engineering or related field from a recognized institution with coursework relevant to Starbursts core business
* Entrepreneurial spirit, open to an intercultural dynamic work environment.
* Strong quantitative skills focused on technology and business/market analysis
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to top quality work
* High emotional intelligence and ability to balance innovative approaches with business objectives.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and diplomatically to people throughout the company and across our external partners, from founders to global corporate and government executives.
* Strong analytical skills, able to clearly and concisely translate complex ideas into easily understood language.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Genuine interest in the aerospace industry and a passion for startups.
* A team player, but capable of working independently.
* In the past you have delivered many projects at multiple major aviation/defense/space corporations, ideally some with functional emphasis on innovation and growth.
