We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Tree of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Support Professsionals or CNAs to join our team for our facilities in Richmond, VA.

The Tree of Life Services Patient Care Technician is responsible for:

• Assisting with and properly documenting the clients day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
• Consistent follow-through with all medical, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects of the clients specific program through the course of each day and night
• Client engagement

Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate starts at $16 per hour, with potential increases based on education and experience.

A high school diploma is required. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
