Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction and maintenance of our pipeline projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of pipeline construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and upper management to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to upper management on milestones, budget status, and potential risks.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of the pipeline system.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure that all tools and machinery are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pipeline construction, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of workers.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
