Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing clients
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrate proficiency in software applications such as Solargraf and go high level to manage customer interactions
- Implement strategic sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in software tools like Salesforce for managing customer relationships
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
