Job Summary:
Suburban Service is a family owned and operated full service commercial and residential HVAC contractor with over 50 years of experience servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems. We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our team and work with our service managers to ensure the success of our technicians each day. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.
Duties:
- Coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates
- Schedule manpower taking into account the expected complexity of the job versus the experience and capabilities of available technicians
- Order parts and track job fulfillment
Experience:
- HVAC knowledge and dispatching experience is a plus
- High School Diploma
- Time Management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, including experience with MS Word and Excel
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
