Job Summary: As a Pool Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will elevate our guests’ stay. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Menu Expertise: Present the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food, beverages, and service.
• Order Handling: Write down orders or memorize them, verify membership or resort guest accounts, and use the point-of-sale system.
• Food and Beverage Service: Relay orders to the kitchen, serve courses from the kitchen and service bars, and promptly deliver products to designated destinations.
• Attention to Detail: Garnish and decorate dishes as needed, ensuring they include appropriate condiments and sides.
• Beverage Knowledge: Serve beverages with expertise, especially wine and other alcoholic drinks.
• Guest Interaction: Observe diners, respond to additional requests, and determine when meals are completed. Provide ongoing service and follow guidelines.
• Check Handling: Present checks with a script and post charges to member/guest accounts.
• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a litter-free pool area
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a full-service establishment.

Availability:

Seasonal positions available, including weekends and holidays

Resort pool open daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
