We are seeking an enthusiastic team member with a passion for serving others and who excels in:
- Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Building rapport and connection with patients and referring offices
- Ability to manage the phone and schedule for optimal productivity
- Time management and computer skills
- Dental insurance verification, billing, and explanations
- 1 years front desk experience in dentistry (preferred)
- Problem solving, managing multiple tasks with ease and doing what is necessary to get tasks completed
This is a full-time 4-day a week 7:30 AM- 6:00 PM position.
