SPI Rentals is a full service vacation rental company on South Padre Island. We manage nearly 200 homes and condos on South Padre Island! We are looking for full-time and part-time Property Inspectors to join our team for the summer season (May - September).

Inspectors perform daily walkthroughs of our rental properties to check the overall condition of the properties after guest departures. Under the supervision of the Inspection Manager, you will work closely with our maintenance department to report any property needs, or maintenance issues that need to be addressed prior to the next guest.

General duties include:

• reporting maintenance issues such as broken appliances, TV or Internet issues, broken furniture, water leaks, AC issues, light bulbs or AC filters that need replaced, etc.
• making work orders and communicating any property needs
• arranging and organizing furniture according to standards
• special projects such as inventory, labeling, organizing, etc.
• other tasks that fall under quality control of the rental properties as assigned

Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred, but not required. Having experience with cell phone applications, systems, & emails is essential.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license. This position requires you to drive your own vehicle. We provide mileage reimbursement per diem.

We have full-time and part-time availability for the summer season (May - September). Typical shifts are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM. We are open 7 days a week, including holidays.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
