About the Position

We are seeking an SEO Account Specialist to manage fulfillment, implementation and relationships for our SEO Boost product.
Our SEO Account Specialist will take on an integral role within our Websites team as we fulfill our existing SEO product, and explore building out additional SEO products for our customers. You’ll report directly to the Website Team Manager and help provide strategy and structure to current and future SEO products.


Core Responsibilities

  • 'All-In Involvement' in SEO Boost: Oversee all aspects of SEO boost initiatives, ensuring strategies are aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Product Definition Assistance: Collaborate with the team to define and refine the SEO boost product, incorporating market trends and customer feedback to enhance its effectiveness.
  • CSAT Definition and Refinement: Assist in defining and fine-tuning Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics related to SEO boost services, striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SEO boost processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in execution.
  • Proactive Client Communication: Initiate and schedule check-in phone calls with clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication to address concerns and provide updates on campaign progress.
  • Host Onboarding Calls: Take the lead in hosting onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting clear expectations for project timelines and deliverables.
  • Escalation Management: Act as a point of contact for client escalations (for SEO Boost clients), promptly addressing issues and implementing solutions to maintain client satisfaction and project success.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize SEO campaigns based on performance data and industry insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments.
  • Research and Testing of Reporting Tools: Explore and evaluate third-party reporting tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, facilitating informed decision-making and client reporting.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for SEO campaigns, optimizing content and strategies for improved search engine visibility.


Who You Are

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to initiate and schedule client check-in calls, host onboarding calls, and manage client escalations effectively.
  • You have excellent documentation skills with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, workflows, and best practices. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • You have experience in client relationship management, including managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients is essential.
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • You are proficient in analyzing performance data and industry insights to optimize SEO campaigns. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic adjustments accordingly.

Pay & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $60,000 per year
