Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient care coordination and administrative support within our medical facility.

Duties:

- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
- Manage patient inquiries and provide information on treatment options
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in managing phone systems and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

Requirements:

- Proficiency in medical terminology and office procedures
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ER systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
