Full-time Line Cooks at Award Winning Brewpub!

Revolution Brewing is looking for a full- time line cook to join us at our Milwaukee Ave Brewpub here in Logan Square. Our crew is calm, maintain high standards in cleanliness and sanitation, and make some damn good steaks, curds, and pretzels to go with our tasty beer. Our cooks prep before or after their shifts, so good knife skills and consistency is required.
Our interview process is an in-person interview with our Head Chef, followed by a paid stage. This is a full-time gig for about 30-32 hours, mainly Wednesday-Saturday. We offer our full- time staff benefits, paid time off, quarterly food and beverage credits, and more, like a match to your 401(K) contributions - up to 4%! 
The Logan Square Brewpub is located at 2323 N Milwaukee Avenue, off the California blue line stop and bus stops for the 56 Milwaukee, 82 California, and 74 Fullerton bus lines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • ServSafe Sanitation Certificate required before starting
  • 2 years hot line experience and set-up/break down of various stations
  • 2 years experience with grill/broiler station and protein temps
  • Showing up on time and ready to work and a healthy attitude and respect other employees
  • Keeping clean knives, tools, and station; experience cleaning kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and tilt skillets
  • Must be able to work weekends consistently
