PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
The Regional Benefits Operations Manager is the lead relationship manager for Scott’s Benefits Account Managers. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing Account Manager performance to ensure that service is provided in a manner aligned with company values and in adherence to KPIs. The Regional Benefits Operations Manager is a highly visible, strategic leadership position within Scott Insurance.
