As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Manager to join our team at the Cadence San Jose site.
Position Overview:
The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management at the Cadence San Jose site on behalf of Rocket EMS Inc. This is a full-time contract position where the candidate will work exclusively at the Cadence site using Cadence’s resources, including a laptop to access necessary data. There is also the potential opportunity for the candidate to transition to a permanent position at Cadence once the hiring freeze is lifted and they meet the qualifications for the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the SAP system.
- Accurately track inventory levels and movements using the SAP system.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile stock counts to system data.
- Analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and optimize inventory management processes.
- Travel to Rocket EMS Inc.'s manufacturing partners in Mexico approximately three times a year as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth inventory operations.
