*We are currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS for full time (regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week) and part-time positions (regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week) of up to $2500. *Bonus is applicable to new hires, and re-hires who have been separated from Salemhaven for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months. Bonus is not applicable for per-diem hires.

*Responsibilities: *The LNA is responsible for resident-centered care. They work within regulatory requirements, adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and demonstrate a team approach and positive attitude.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License, active and in good standing
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, or recently graduated with LNA license.
* Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi task and prioritize
