* *Monday - Friday (3:00pm - 11:00pm) - $3.50/hour*
* *Monday - Friday (11:00pm - 7:00am) - $3.00/hour*
* *Saturday & Sunday (3:00pm - 11:00pm) - $4.00/hour*
* *Saturday & Sunday (11:00pm - 7:00am) - $4.00/hour*
*Responsibilities: *
* Perform routine treatment procedures including enemas and sitz bath.
* Assist Staff Nurse and/or Licensed Nurse in complicated treatment procedures within scope of practice for the state in which certification is held.
* Assists with the use of bedpan, urinal, or commode.
* Ambulating the resident; preoperative and post operative care.
* Application of abdominal binders of anti-embolic stocking.
* Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure and intake-output measurements.
* Prepare residents for meals. Serves, and removes food trays, assists with meals or feeding of resident.
* Report (and when appropriate record) any changes observed in condition or behavior of resident and/or unusual incidents.
* Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment by cleaning Utility Rooms. Cleaning equipment and preparing for disinfection or sterilization.
* Attends in-service education programs, as assigned to learn new treatments, procedures, developmental skills, etc.
* Assists with orientation of new personnel.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License, active and in good standing.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
* Experience with PCC electronic medical records.
