Manager Role and & Responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Ensure the studio is opened, closed, and cleaned properly.
  • Monitor studio flow, appointment cadence, client intake, and client experience.
  • Complete routine maintenance on all equipment, furniture and displays.
  • Purchase studio supplies, collateral, and Restore apparel as needed.
  • Address client concerns and client accounts as needed.
  • Oversee medical supply ordering completed by the lead nurse.
  • Ensure client follow up is completed (see Sales & Marketing Playbook).
  • Report safety incidents and equipment issue to HQ properly and promptly.

Manager & Staff Tasks

  • Ensure membership cancellations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper follow up cadence of all first timers and new members.
  • Reconcile failed autopays on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain Restore promotions and approved studio-specific promotions.
  • Manage review pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain communication with mutual client partnerships.
  • Schedule and coordinate events (in and out of the studio).
  • Ensure Lead Generation follow up is completed with recommended protocol.

Team Management

  • Manage staff schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and approve payroll hours, tips, commission and concierge fees.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new hires.
  • Ensure all staff members are completing their responsibilities.
  • Ensure all staff members have completed ARDI training and have read notices.
  • Create continued education for staff based on your studio's need-state.
  • Complete staff evaluations quarterly.

Marketing, Sales, & Outreach

  • Follow and implement Sales & Marketing Playbook
  • Train and support staff in sales with corporate approved resources.
  • Analyze Restore KPIs
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

Communication

  • Check communication platforms and respond within 24 hours.
  • Complete a Daily Team Happenings at the beginning of each morning.
  • Plan and execute team meetings once a month.
  • Send out a staff wide weekly email with all upcoming event dates and any other information staff might need to know.
  • Connect with staff using 1:1 meetings monthly.
  • Meet with the franchise owner group on preferred cadence to report requested studio data.
  • Ensure team is utilizing proper platforms and communication: ARDI, slack, Restore email

Compensation

  • Salary pay starting at $48,000/ year
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Sales incentive opportunities
