Riverside Furniture is Hiring a Business Operations Coordinator Near High Point, NC

Overview:
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various interdepartmental tasks ensuring front end business processes run smoothly. This includes functions within product development, sales, marketing and showroom management. The role requires strong communication skills and will involve collaboration and coordination with different teams to optimize business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Collect, analyze, and distribute sales data reports for Major Customers (Top 10)
  • Prepare, distribute, and follow up on customer specific and general product presentations and pricing.
  • Assist with preparations for account meetings, participate in account presentations and sell in; prepare post meeting recaps and follow ups.
  • Manage new product uploads onto partner portals.
  • Upload and monitor sales tools with most current product data (i.e.: AMP, Website, ERP, Promotional Catalogs, etc.)
  • Manage and track all close out orders from inception to shipment.
  • Support companywide social media efforts and campaigns.
  • Order, inventory and track all company promotional product (i.e., showroom signage, office supplies, etc.)
  • Create and manage product romance copy for product systems and presentations.
  • Manage and track product calendar for all customer specific projects and overall market product from development through sampling.

Market Event & Administrative Support

  • Lead “Market Event” preparations including: market invitations, major account appt scheduling and evening events, catering and entertainment coordination, temp labor mgmt.., office/kitchen supply ordering and restocking.
  • Showroom and sales rep walkthrough preparations and scheduling
  • Major account walkthroughs and recap communications

Showroom & Building Management Support

  • Coordinate and track all container and warehouse showroom sample deliveries.
  • Manage and coordinate any showroom sample sales to customer or employees.
  • Track and audit showroom inventory for accuracy
  • Manage showroom employee office and building supplies.
  • Maintain showroom and building mgmt. expenses to align with financial budget.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • 2 years of Customer Service, Sales Support, or related experience, furniture industry a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Sales and Customer Service skills; proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to set priorities effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
