i9 Sports, the nations largest youth sports franchise is seeking Baseball Instructors.
Overall Job Description:
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Baseball Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. The Baseball Instructor will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work SATURDAYS during entire season (6 weeks) and occasional weekday evenings. Up to 5 Seasons / Year.
- Must be vocal, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills
- Must enjoy working with kids (ages 3-13) and being involved with sports
- Must be fun, energetic, and enthusiastic with superior customer service skills
- Must possess sports specific experience and expertise in Baseball
- Must be 16 years of age or older and have a clean background check (minors ages 16 -18 must have parental consent)
- Must be able to take charge of any situation that involves the safety of players
- Must be confident and capable of working with parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to motivate others

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
