PART TIME - Youth Sports Instructors and Officials (Soccer, T-Ball, Flag Football, Basketball)

Job Summary:

i9 Sports, the nations largest youth sports franchise is seeking Sports Instructors and Referees for Flag Football, Soccer, T-Ball, and Basketball.

Overall Job Description:

Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Sports Instructor / Official is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. The Sport Instructor / Official will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups (ages 3-13) and skills levels.

Requirements:

- Must be fun, energetic, and enthusiastic with superior customer service skills

- Must have proven experience and enjoy working with kids (ages 3-13)

- Must be able to work FRIDAY's and/or SATURDAYS during entire 6-week season. Up to 5 Seasons / Year.

- Must be vocal, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills

- Must be confident and capable of working with parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy

- Must be able to take charge of any situation that involves the safety of players

- Must possess sports specific expertise in Flag Football, Soccer, Baseball, or Basketball

- Must be 16 years of age or older and have a clean background check (minors ages 16 -18 must have parental consent)

- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to motivate others

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
