We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team. We are a plastic surgery clinic in Miami and we want to exponentially increase the quality and quantity of our digital content. As an Editor, you will play a crucial role in driving the style and tone of our content. We need someone that can edit content to fit multiple social media platforms (including short and long-form content for our platforms on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc). We also want to produce a Netflix-style documentary series. We want you to have the opportunity to grow professionally as our content and platforms grow. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills will be key and we need someone who is able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

•Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

•Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

•Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our clinic staff and content creators

•Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills

•Strong attention to detail and creativity to enhance the visual appeal of the videos

•A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

•Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsabilities

•Your role is integral in making complex concepts accessible, shareable, and viral across various social media platforms

•You will play a vital role in transforming our plastic surgery content into engaging and shareable experiences across social media platforms

•Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots that align with Balto Plastic Surgery's brand identity and messaging

•Capture high-quality footage that visually communicates key plastic surgery concepts

Editing and Post-Production:

•Edit and enhance video content to create polished, professional, and attention-grabbing final products

•Integrate graphics, animation, and other elements to elevate the visual appeal of the videos

Content Optimization:

•Tailor video content for specific social media platforms, ensuring maximum impact and engagement

•Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate innovative video editing techniques

Brand Consistency:

•Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all video content

•Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand strategy

•Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement new video concepts
