The Billing Clerk is vital role to the dealership’s sales and accounting departments. These key employees are entrusted in maintaining the dealership’s vehicle inventory and keeping the dealership compliant with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Primary Responsibilities are as follows:

• Processing and verifying all incentives, rebates, and tax credits for all deals
• Verifying all DMV documentation and deal paperwork is filled out properly
• Verify customer information including cell phone, email and address is loaded in deal screen
• For out of state transactions, all necessary documents are provided timely to the billing department
• Handing out plates in sequence and checking VERIFI system for accuracy
• Stocking in new and used vehicles
• Preparing and initiating dealer trades and wholesale transactions
• Ordering plates, supplies
• Correcting titles, liens
• Facilitating out of state transactions

Schedule Requirements: Flexible 40 hours per week.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
