RN and LPN Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Florida
• Current CPR certification
• Current Physical or Health Statement
• Case Management and Supervisory Visit Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience to work at facilities
