North South Consulting Group is Hiring a PCRB Case Manager Near Fort Knox, KY
The Case Manager will be working within the Past Conflicts Repatriation Branch (PCRB), an organization under the Army Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Division (CMAOD) at the Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, Kentucky. PCRB’s mission is to collect, assess, integrate and distribute to the next of kin, concerned citizens, and other government agencies information relating to Soldiers who remain "unaccounted-for" from World Wars I and II, the Korean, and the Vietnam War. Case Managers maintain contact with family members through phone calls, written and email correspondence as well as manage case files for unaccounted-for Soldiers Case Managers will also proactively seek out and locate new family members to establish and maintain contact, and most importantly, seek out the missing Servicemember’s Primary Next of Kin (PNOK). Once in touch with the PNOK, DNA family reference samples are requested to use as a main source to identify remains and establishing a positive connection for identification.HS Diploma or Equivalent.• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.• Must be familiar with MS Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint.• Must be familiar with Adobe PDF.• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Familiarity with Army and military acronyms and terminology a plus.
