Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in math for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
