Our Sales Executives are entrusted with challenging work and thus they are given authority and autonomy to take ownership of their client's happiness.

As the face of OWR in Houston, a successful Sales Executive will lead all growth initiatives for one of the fastest growing valet trash companies in Texas. OWR is a family run business with extremely high standards. After four years of business, we still have not lost a single client/property. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales representative with the heart of an entrepreneur that is looking to grow quickly and lead all Houston growth.

OWR's work has a daily impact on the lives of people from all types of backgrounds and our people are given the authority to "Do whatever they think is right when serving the customer." This means that senior management and ownership will listen to this person's advice on how to best serve each and every property.

Responsibility:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all of Houston and surrounding area's growth. In this role, you will report to the Owner to ensure growth is achieved through effective sales techniques and processes.

This position requires the ability and willingness to work a split shift which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening. You will work remotely, at the home office, and in-field/community properties.

Daily Operations

  • Cold call prospects and build a strong pipeline
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and develop new client relationships
  • Be an active member in local and state apartment associations
  • Propose, Negotiate, and close long sales cycle deals
  • Track activities in CRM and participate in sales meetings
  • Visit properties regularly to ensure satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints within three hours of a report being made
  • Ensure quick responses to internal and external stakeholders

Total Compensation

  • Salary commission that is commensurate with a candidate's experience level
