Starting Pay for this position is $150/week for an estimated one hour or less of work a night. In addition, this position includes paid holidays.

Responsibility:

You will be responsible for picking up any loose trash around an apartment community, operating trash compactors, and ensuring all trash rooms are clean and trash bins are in the correct locations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Work Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday starting between 6pm-8pm

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
• Pickup truck recommended(not required)
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
