Optimum Performance Motorsports is the only Aprilia and Moto Guzzi dealership in the state of Oregon. We are excited to offer a new position on our team at our growing dealership. We are currently looking for a candidate to come on board as a service writer / parts advisor in a somewhat flexible role.

This person will need to have a motorcycle endorsement and some experience with motorcycles but we can train the rest of the needed knowledge! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the motorcycle industry.

Service Writer duties include but not limited to:

· Meet and greet all service customers

· Answer all incoming service and parts calls

· Respond to customer emails and voicemails

· Schedule service appointments

· Check in bikes for service and write repair orders

· Follow up on work in progress and provide customer updates

· Maintain a list of all ROs and their place in the service process

· Order parts for service ROs and track them during the ordering process

· Explain required services to customers and their estimated costs

· Contact customers for all additional work that needs to be approved

· Sell parts to both walk in and phone customers

· Clearly explain all work done on customers bikes at the time of pickup

· Process payments for repair orders

· Assist the technicians as needed

· Assist the sales team and the GM as needed

· Shuttle bikes from service to Sales departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
