Optimum Performance Motorsports is Washington's only Aprilia and Moto Guzzi Motorcycle Deealership.

We are looking for a new team member to join our Service department at Washington's only Aprilia / Moto Guzzi Motorcycle dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles and some mechanical aptitude who wants to learn the industry. Position would be part time to start with the possibility of full time for the right candidate. Our service department is getting busy and we can use the extra helping hands!

In addition to servicing Aprilia and Moto Guzzi we are open for other brands as well. We service all major motorcycle brands including Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph, KTM, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Selling parts to customers in the store and over the phone
• Taking phone calls and scheduling service appointments
• Assist the technician with servicing motorcycles
• Scheduling the workload for the technicians
• Ordering parts for service customers
• Cleaning and organizing the parts/service department
• Transporting bikes to and from showroom
• Assisting general manager with other day to day tasks

This is a hybrid position that will encompass service writing and retailing parts and accessories.

Pay:

We offer a base hourly rate plus a commission on all service labor and parts profits sold DOE

Previous work experience preferred

Motorcycle endorsement required

Auto Service advisors are encouraged to apply. We will train the right candidate.
