We‘re looking to add a team member/barista to our team at Michaeli Bakery. We’re looking for a qualified barista who is responsible and outgoing and who constantly exhibits excellent work ethics!

All those who should apply should have punctual attendance, ability to learn & adapt quickly, follow all policies as presented, & demonstrates a “team player” mentality.

NOTE:

THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING MAINLY AT OUR UES LOCATION & WHEN NECESSARY FOR COVERAGE/SCHEDULE CHANGES WORKING AT OUR OTHER LOCATION(S)AS WELL.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Full schedule availability, ESPECIALLY during holidays and our busy seasons. Weekends and holidays are a must. Schedule flexibility between locations is mandatory.

· Able to work flexible hours: Early mornings, afternoons, weekends, nights & all holidays.

· Very hardworking, responsible and reliable person

· Punctual attendance

· Meticulously follow directions and procedures

· Able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 80 lbs.

· Always provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service

· Consistently prepare great coffee in both a fast paced and laidback warm, welcoming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
