We are seeking a deta:il-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of quality systems and regulations, and the ability to accurately collect and analyze data.

```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and standards
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures

```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, including HACCP and CGMP
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality assurance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills for reporting inspection results and collaborating with cross-functional teams
