Overview
Na Ali'i is looking for a Labor & Leave Specialist to be responsible for working with the Accounting Manager and Senior Accountants to provide day-to-day support in processing timesheets, leave, and labor.
This resource will help identify and resolve labor and timesheet issues as well as escalate labor processing issues and concerns to upper management.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense and be a strong problem solver.
Responsibilities
This position requires an experienced management and administrative professional to provide security program support. The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Skills / Qualifications : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Word, Excel, Outlook, and on-line search engines required.
Previous experience Deltek Costpoint Time & Expense required. Familiarity with government contracting and related HR requirements.
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards are preferred but not required.
Education and Experience : This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline from an accredited institution as well as a minimum of two years of professional experience in an Accounting & Finance background.
Experience in or work for the . military is also highly desirable.
