Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to to staff and agents, and assist in daily office tasks.

We provide a fun but professional, fast paced environment. We are growing, and we have a lot to accomplish. We are looking for just the right person who is excited about the future opportunities and is willing to be a part of what we are building. We will only work with someone who has a passion for being a part of our team and wants to be part of our growth. If you are just interested in a paycheck, please don't apply. It won't work out.

This is a full-time position and you will be expected to arrive at the office between 8am - 9:30am daily, then work for 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday. You are expected to maintain a professional, positive attitude, business casual dress (at a minimum) and show up for work daily. If you have a chaotic unorganized life outside of work that will carry over to this job, if you get sick each month, your car breaks down constantly, you have to text friends or get on social media while you're at work, or you have something that keeps you from being able to come to work, ready and excited to work daily, please don't apply. It won't work out. ;)

Duties:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist with team and client event coordination

- Assist with onboarding of staff and agents

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person

- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and staff

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies

- Keep office neat and tidy

- Provide general administrative support to agents and staff as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a real estate office is preferred

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency using Mac, Excel

- Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and use common sense is mandatory

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents and staff members

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
