Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately enter and review work orders, bills and invoices in our CRM system. Your responsibilities will include verifying data, updating existing information, entering new information, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a fast and accurate typist with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities
Use a keyboard, scanners, or other office equipment to transfer information into the CRM system
Audit work orders entered in our CRM system for batch approval and create statements for payment
Collect information directly from customers, vendors and sub contractors, then enter or review the information in the CRM system
Analyze data entered on a daily basis to verify accuracy and compare to approved budgeted estimates
Maintain an organized electronic filing system of original documents
Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Confirm accuracy of data by comparing to original documents and estimates
Create reports or otherwise retrieve data from the CRM system

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Medical Transcription Coder or in a similar position is preferred
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding of databases or CRM systems
Familiarity with standard office equipment computers and printers
